How we Migrate your business to the cloud
When migrating your business to our Cloud Managed Desktop we don’t compromise with the attention to detail and the level of support throughout the process, our process is designed to make sure its a pain free as possible, we will take care of everything.
1. Project Scoping Call
One of our technical advisers will talk through your requirements and collect information on what is required and your cloud aims.
2. The Test Drive
We will set you up with a demonstration login. we can include software you want to test, and talk through options.
3. Impressions and Requirements
Following the test drive we will be able to discuss options in more detail, we can go back and test addition requirement and make sure we are happy to move to the next stage
4. Quoting
We will take all the information from the scoping call and create a quote based on your requirements every situation is different and one size doesn’t fit all.
5. The work begins
We will build your virutal desktop and start the sync of data that is being migrated including files or email accounts as required, we will also set out the schudule and phases of the transfers.
6. Testing
Its time to start testing your desktop for production tasks, we will support you through this process and collect data to make sure everything is working to the standards we expect.
7. Final Handover Changes
We will run through any changes from the production testing and finalise data syncs and get everything ready for the switch over.
8. Go Live
The final build is ready and all users are onboarded on to the system this can be done in stages or on set launch day.
9. On Going Relationship
Unlike most companies we work with your business to make sure you are getting the most out of your IT, we get to your business and work closely with you.
